A pleasant narrow garden located beside the city walls linking the Amphitheatre to The Groves and River Dee. Containing many excavated remains from Roman Chester which had previously been displayed near The Water Tower.
Roman remains include parts of a hypocaust, or warming apparatus. The gardens can also be viewed from the city walls with steps on Pepper Street and The Groves.
No easily accessible wifi. No smoking.
Open at all times.

Located to the south east of the city centre between Pepper Street and The Groves.
Chester railway station: 15 minutes walk.
