Hospice in Wales. Located in Sully in the Vale of Glamorgan,
they provide respite and end-of-life care to children who
suffer from conditions which means that they will die before
adulthood. Ty Hafan needs to raise £2 million each year to
maintain this desperately needed service which is free of
charge to the families that use it. If you are able to help,
