For a bite to eat during the day, Bath has plenty of unique cafés hidden away throughout the city centre. There are also plenty of chain coffee shops on the main streets but at the moment we only list the popular independent ones here.

Home to the world famous Thermae Bath Spa, the city is a centre of leisure and relaxation. Alternatively, there's rugby, horse racing and football to watch or boats to hire on the River Avon.
