This great Victorian city of the industrial revolution, Manchester has grown from a market town to become the trading heart of Britain. It is now at the centre of the north of England and becoming one of the UK's most iconic cities.

Manchester and the surrounding region is undergoing many changes. Hotels are springing up in old abandoned warehouses, office blocks and new developments such as the MediaCityUK in Salford Quays and the Trafford Centre are creating new leisure destinations.

We are currently into the beta testing of the website and still have some way to go before the structure of the site is complete. We welcome your help to point out any errors or broken links during this testing stage.
