Head to the Leisure Level of Liverpool One and you’ll find Chavasse Park, five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with winding paths and peaceful spots to take five from the bustle of the city centre.
Chavasse Park has received the Green Flag Award for the fifth year in a row. This award recognises the best parks and green spaces in the country. Regular visitors will know that it’s always the centre of any Summer and Christmas events in Liverpool One.
Chavasse Park is named after the Chavasse Family; Francis, the 2nd Bishop of Liverpool, and his sons, Christopher Maude Chavasse and Noel Godfrey Chavasse, one of only three people to ever be awarded the Victoria Cross twice.
