There is no admission charge to the beach but there is a charge for parking.

The beach is open daily from dawn to dusk. The car park is open 9am-5.30pm daily (4pm in the winter - please check the website for any late changes). Free admission.
Advance booking is not required.
Located north of Liverpool on the outskirts of Formby.
Freshfield railway station: 20 minutes walk.
